Event Volunteers

Calling all JCS parents and staff - this is an ALL HANDS ON DECK event!  Since this is largest fundraiser for the school, we hope to involve as many volunteers as possible.   Also, there are a number of veteran volunteers who will be "graduating" to high school next year, so we are looking to the primary grade parents to help this tradition continue.  

The committee meets weekly at 2:15 in Room #6 (Mrs. Guttero's First Grade) and you are welcome to drop in anytime.  The next and last meeting will be Tuesday, February 8th.

We are looking for volunteers to help with the following roles:

·         Marketing & Ticket Sales

·         Generating Auction Item Donations

·         Decorating and Set-Up

·         Live and Silent Auction Item Displays

·         Reception, Check-In & Check-Out

·         Door Prizes & Raffle

·         Live Auction Models

·         Childcare
